Our Classic Collection of knives has you covered as a starter kit in your new spot or as a replacement to your old knives. They are built to keep a sharp edge, but can be sharpened when needed. The unique characteristics of the blade decrease food sticking, so slicing is quick and clean. The handles have a nice grip for intricate or heavy-duty knife work and they are dishwasher safe.
