  • 2-5 year Warranty Products: Fully covered from your purchase date.
  • Lifetime Warranty Products: Fully covered for the lifetime of the original owner.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship.
  • Breakdown during standard, home-kitchen use.

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental destruction or misuse (e.g., leaving a plastic handle on a burning stove burner).
  • Commercial use (unless specified).
  • General wear and tear (minor scratches, minor water spots, or fading over time).
