This peeler absolutely takes the Cake! The stainless steel swivel blade is sharp and takes off perfect layers every time! It makes prep time a breeze and clean up is quick and easy. I had my old rusty peeler laying around for years and even tried an electric one. Neither of those would stand up to the test of time.
