Four peelers, two shapes. The straight I Peeler is for precise work and awkward blemishes; the wide Y Peeler clears a pile of vegetables faster. The Deluxe version of each is a single piece of steel, with no seam for food to collect in. All food-grade stainless, all left- and right-hand friendly.
