Heavy cast iron that holds bacon, sandwiches and burgers flat against the heat for an even, edge-to-edge sear, and stops bacon curling at the edges. The heat-resistant handle lets you move it around a hot griddle safely. Rinse, dry and oil after use to protect the cast iron — it is not one for the dishwasher.

Da muss man beim Gusseisen n?mlich sowieso immer drauf achten! Trocken halten und alles ist gut ;)

Heavy duty grill press. Well made and durable

Well made heavy meat press. It is quite large so ensure you check dimensions of what you want to use it with. Good professional quality product that I would recommend

Absolutely perfect! No rust with proper maintenance!!

Great product! Perfect weight for putting a nice, even sear on steaks. Really like the handle. Wash, dry, and oil. Easy if you know how to take care of cast iron. No issues with any rust. I think it is worth the effort. I liked it so much, I bought the round burger press as well.
