Collection: Burger Presses

Shape it or smash it?

A patty maker shapes.

It presses raw mince into an even round of consistent thickness, so every burger cooks at the same rate, and the patty liners let you stack them in the fridge or freezer without them sticking together. This is the one you want if your burgers come out lopsided or fall apart on the grill.

A smash press flattens.

Drop a loose ball of mince on a hot flat-top, press it thin for ten seconds, and the surface caramelises into an edge-to-edge crust. This is the one you want for smash burgers, and it presses bacon flat too.
