Meat Needle Luxe

This meat tenderizer is a solid piece of kitchen gear. I've been using it to prep tougher cuts of steak and chicken breasts for grilling on my small balcony, and it definitely helps create a more tender, even cook – a real win for weeknight dinners. The one-piece, rustproof stainless steel construction feels incredibly durable and well-made, not flimsy at all, which is key for tools that get put through their paces. It handles well with the extra-long handle, though it is fairly heavy, so it takes a bit of arm work. For the quality and the 5-year warranty, it feels like a smart investment, even if the needle side takes a bit more effort to clean thoroughly.

Heavy duty meat tenderizer! Dishwasher safe too! (It will hold water when it first comes out of the dishwasher. I put spike end down and lean it against something so all the water can drain and the inside dry out). Works well with tougher cuts of meat without flattening them. I put my seasoning on the meat beforehand and then used the tenderizer. It seemed to push some of the seasoning inside the meat.

This is a nice and well made useful tool for the kitchen. We had some extra thick pork chops on the grill and this tenderizer had no trouble piercing the meat. They came out super tender and juicy. We also used it on some steaks we cooked for our neighbors and they came out great as well! My hubby gives it a thumbs up for sturdiness and usefulness. Can't wait to see what we will grill and tenderize next!

This meat tenderizer is amazing. It is a heavy tool, with a ton of needles/knives to penetrate your meat. Make sure you use it on a sturdy cutting board. It says it can be cleaned in a dishwasher, but I clean mine in the sink as soon as I finish using it so that meat does not have time to dry onto the blades.

If you piece of meat is not tender after using this, then you have a tough piece of beef.

With all the little knives you can get your piece of meat nice and tender, as well as provide your marinates and rubs access to the interior of the meat allowing for a flavorful cooking.

I really love this tenderizer, and it beats the old hammer tenderizer! I no longer have to cover my chicken in parchment paper so the chicken juice doesn't fly all over the place when I'm trying to thin it down with that hammer! I wasn't sure if this would work for that purpose, but it did and it is so easy! It's a very sturdy tool and looks nice sitting in a cabinet. The prongs are sharp and go right into the meat, it works so well for marinating and is so much easier. The one thing I'd like to change is the ability to remove the end piece so I can make sure ALL the meat is out of the tool. It's nice that it can go into the dishwasher, but it still bothers me a little not to be able to see the inside of it. Besides that, I would buy this again or or for a gift!
