I purchased this during the holiday prime deal week for my mother (who suffers from arthritis), and now wish I had bought multiple. Its an incredible tool, and is so easy to clean! The first thing one notices its weight and quality. Assembly could not be simpler, and the two options (fine and coarse) are perfect for most recipes. It has already been a game-changer in the kitchen - an unexpected luxury that puts traditional presses to shame.

I have had this type of tenderizer before, and love the results. The plastic handle will eventually break down, and the unit wont work, I got this because I dont want to keep replacing it. What I was superbly is how much easier this one is on my hands the amount of pressure or effort is the same, but this one does not hurt my hands!

Das Gusseisen macht den Eindruck, dass es nur eingebrannt wurde und keine empfindliche Beschichtung dran ist, auf die man extra aufpassen muss - gut so.
Das Gewicht ist ausreichend, damit das Bratgut gut angedrckt wird, die Reinigung mit warmen Wasser und etwas Splmittel funktioniert mit einer Brste trotz der Rillen hervorragend.
Gut geeignet fr ein Steak oder 2 Burgerpatties.
Nach dem ersten Probegrillen waren wir sehr angetan ;-)

Have been using this pair of spatulas now for about a month. I've never used fish spatulas before, so was immediately impressed with how functional they are when using the frying pan or griddle. Additionally, they are weighty and have a real feel of quality in the hand

Works but for some reason one part is brushed finish and the other is shiny. It'd look better if both parts are the same finish.

I like the fact that is very simple yet very durable. Easy to use and wash. For those with rheumatic arthritis, place smaller pieces of garlic at the handle end of the press. You will have more power and it works very well. Of course strong hands can press the whole clove.

I bought this to replace my ancient wooden one that gave me excellent service for 40 + years. I expect this one will be a good replacement and may even do a better job. One great unexpected bonus is it takes up much less kitchen draw space.
