    I don't like junk tools and this isn't one of them. This tool is well built and well thought out. It's entirely stainless steel... every part and it's sturdy. When I'm done it cleans up so easily. The prongs that penetrate the meat are very sharp and have no problem going all the way through. If you're looking for a tenderizing tool of this type... I highly recommend it..you won't regret it.
